Just email me at liam@valleyadsaz.com and I’ll send you the list of available spots where you can pick your ad spot and size (ask about discounted pricing), and once payment is submitted, then proceed to the "development" phase.
Phase 1: Development – Ads must be purchased from the beginning to the middle of the previous month to be designed, printed, and shipped out for the following mailing cycle. Ads for following mailings can be reserved and purchased in advance.
Need help with the design? I can take care of that for a small additional fee.
We do our best to make the process easy and stress-free for you. All we need is your logo, phone number, website URL, and promotional offer. We take care of the rest!
Phase 2: Mailing – We mail 10,000 9x12 co-op postcards the first week of the month and the middle of the month. Our locations currently include North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, East Valley, North Phoenix and West Phoenix.
Now you can sit back, relax and celebrate while you wait for your ad to be mailed to 10,000 homes!
We take care of all the designing, printing, shipping, and mailing, making sure everything is to your liking and that your company is represented professionally.
Since there are no contracts or ongoing commitments, you'll be able to continue with advertising or opt out at any time.
However, please keep in mind that spots are exclusive (one per industry) and limited, with each major area only getting up to 20 ads (up to 10 per side) on one ValleyAds 9×12 co-op postcard. Spaces are sold on first-come, first-serve basis.
Our ValleyAds 9×12 co-op postcards are mailed out twice a month to 10,000 homes. If you wish to buy an ad, then you will need to do so during the "development" phase, outlined in the previous question, listed above this one.
Our co-op postcards work for practically any business you can think of. What's important is whether or not your offer is attractive enough for potential customers to take action. I've found that the businesses with great offers get the best results.

To create a postcard like this yourself, it costs over $2,500 in postage alone! Once you factor in professional design, printing, shipping, prep, and bundling for mailing, total cost comes easily to over $8,000, but not with our program!
Ad spaces vary in size and are available from $0.02 — $0.50 per piece (Remember we send out 10,000 postcards per mailing!). So, your investment for one 10,000-piece mailing is only $200 — $5,000 per ad space, ranging from the smallest to largest ads.
There are no hidden fees. Professional ad design, printing, postage, prep, and bundling for mailing are all included!

I'll keep you updated every step of the way, from payment confirmation to ad design, printing and mailing, and can also send you a physical or digital copy of the postcard upon request.
While we can't directly guarantee the exact number of new customers, clients, or patients you will get, what we can tell you is that it's a numbers game.
With 10,000 houses, at a 1% conversion rate, that would be equivalent to about 100 new customers, clients, or patients for your business. We've found that the average business only needs about 2 to 5 customers to be profitable, after making the small investment in our co-op postcard mailers.
